1. Contact us within 48 hours of purchase. Use our contact form and choose "I'd like a refund" as the reason.
2. Include the email address you used at checkout, so we can find your order.
3. We process your refund. We will confirm and issue a full refund to your original payment method through our payment provider. Funds usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under Irish consumer protection legislation, including the Consumer Rights Act 2022. Nothing in it limits those rights.
